Clients looking to get a mortgage, refinance, or purchase property come to us — through our marketing and referrals. You'll connect with them by phone or online call, and occasionally in person, review their situation, and find the best solution. You choose from all banks on the market, so you can offer the client what truly fits their needs. No chasing leads, no cold calling. You do pure advisory work. Who We're Looking For You want to work and be rewarded for results, not for hours spent. You can talk to people — simply and straight. Numbers don't scare you and you can explain to a client in understandable terms what a difference in rate or fixed-rate period means for them. Minimum secondary education with diploma. Experience with mortgages or banking is an advantage, but not required. If you're eager to learn, we'll train you — from products to running meetings. What's in It for You Clients from day one.
