About the Role As an HSE Coordinator, you will become a key person in our organization and an important driving force in our work on health, safety, and the environment. You will work closely with managers, employees, and safety representatives to continuously develop our safety culture. In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine strategic development work with presence in the operations. We have built a strong foundation with a proactive approach where risk assessments, risk observations, and preventive measures are a natural part of everyday work. You will be part of an engaged team and have the opportunity to influence both work methods and culture in an organization with high HSE ambitions. In the role, you function as an advisor, coach, and specialist, supporting the organization on HSE matters while driving initiatives that contribute to a safer, more sustainable, and successful operation. Your main areas of responsibility: Develop and support the organization's systematic HSE work. Drive proactive safety and improvement work. Coach and support managers, employees, and safety representatives on HSE matters. Ensure compliance, follow-up, and learning within the HSE area. Integrate health, safety, environment, and sustainability into the organization's projects, processes, and development. You will have the opportunity to shape your role and areas of responsibility based on your previous experience, knowledge, and interests. The role requires that you work independently, structured, and systematically while being proactive and taking initiative in your approach. We are looking for you who have: Post-secondary education in, for example, occupational environment, environment, or another field that the employer deems equivalent Good knowledge of occupational environment, safety, and environmental matters Good skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Very good knowledge of Swedish as well as good knowledge of English, both spoken and written We consider it particularly meritorious if you have experience with systematic occupational environment work, environmental work, or other practical HSE work.
