Responsibilities We are growing and are therefore seeking a new colleague to help drive HR work within our administration. You will work in a broad role with comprehensive responsibilities in the HR field. The role involves providing consultative, strategic, and operational HR support to managers in areas such as workplace environment, rehabilitation, collaboration, and labor law. You will also provide management support to a department and be part of its management group. As part of the role, you will contribute expert support in labor law and work closely with the process owner as one of the administration's specialists in this area. You will ensure that HR work is conducted in accordance with applicable legislation, collective agreements, and guidelines, while providing the organization and managers with qualified, operationally focused HR support. You are also responsible for implementing and following up on work methods and updates within the administration. In this role, you will serve as specialist support to HR colleagues within your area of expertise and support the administration's managers in change processes. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a university degree in HR or other academic education that the employer considers relevant. For this position, several years of experience in qualified HR work with a focus on labor law is required, preferably from a larger organization. You have in-depth knowledge of labor law and are well versed in the application and interpretation of labor law legislation and collective agreements. You also have good experience with union negotiations. You have strong experience providing qualified support and advice to managers on labor law matters and independently handling complex individual cases, labor law disputes, and other personnel matters. You also have experience leading, developing, and implementing processes and work methods within your area of specialization. It is advantageous if you have experience with qualified HR work in municipal operations as well as good knowledge of municipal collective agreements and collaboration agreements. To succeed in this role, you are self-driven and work structurally with the ability to drive issues from analysis to implementation. You are a clear and trustworthy communicator who can convey qualified assessments in an educational manner and create understanding in complex labor law matters. You build good collaborations, are receptive to different perspectives, and have a consultative approach when working with managers and colleagues. You have high integrity and act confidently even in complex situations. You stand behind your decisions and can handle difficult conversations and convey uncomfortable messages in a professional and respectful manner. You are development-oriented, stay current in labor law and HR through market awareness, and implement new knowledge in developing the organization's work methods and processes.
