Försäkringskassan's HR department is a central department where all HR resources and support are coordinated. The department is organizationally divided into three operational areas: employer support, management and employee development, and staffing and recruitment.
Within management and employee development, there is a competence development operational area, which among other things is responsible for developing, producing, and managing centrally coordinated competence development for all the agency's employees and managers.
This is a position for someone who wants to influence the future of competence development and learning within a large government agency.
Graphic design, media producer, e-learning
The need for digital educational production in various competence development and training initiatives has increased significantly in recent years, which is why we need to strengthen our team with an employee with expertise in graphic design for e-learning.
Your main responsibilities will be to
develop visual concepts for e-learning
illustrate and animate
work based on graphic profile guidelines
produce training solutions in LMS
produce web-based training in authoring tools
plan, develop, and finalize digital learning initiatives throughout the entire production process in collaboration with other project roles.
We are looking for someone who
has a university degree in pedagogy or equivalent experience and qualifications
can visualize complex information in a way that is understandable and pedagogical
is skilled in Adobe CS; Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Acrobat
has competence in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint and Word
has competence in digital accessibility (the DOS Act)
is experienced in building e-learning courses in authoring tools
acts on own initiative and takes responsibility for high-quality results
has good communication skills
can understand and analyze complex issues
has good pedagogical ability
collaborates effectively with others to reach common goals
is confident and has the ability to create contacts and build trust both remotely and in face-to-face meetings
is knowledgeable about AI development in the industry.
It is meritorious if you have
experience building e-learning courses in H5P
experience building e-learning courses in Totara
experience in film production with a variety of cameras
experience in editing with Premiere Pro
knowledge of CSS.

Other Information
One position, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. Trial employment may be applicable. Certain positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive activities. To be hired for such a position, you must pass a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
