This is a parental leave replacement position extending to the beginning of 2028, starting immediately or by agreement. THE HR DEPARTMENT The HR Department is centrally located in the municipality and belongs to the Municipal Executive Administration. We work strategically and consultatively, supporting managers across the entire organization and participating in all of the municipality's operations. We are an engaged team consisting of three HR specialists and one HR manager. Our work environment is characterized by openness, solution-focus, and forward thinking. We learn from each other, share knowledge, and value close collaboration both within the team and with the operations' managers. As our colleague will be on parental leave, we are looking for someone at the beginning of their HR career who wants to become part of our team, where you will have the opportunity to work within several HR areas with varied tasks and significant influence. 1 position(s). DUTIES In your role as HR Specialist, you will have great freedom to independently drive and develop your area of responsibility while being an important part of our HR team. Your main assignment is to consult and guide managers and operations within the entire HR field. You will serve as a qualified sounding board for both operational and strategic matters and help strengthen managers' capabilities in leadership and their employer role. Parallel to your generalist role, you will be a specialist in occupational environment and workforce planning across the entire organization. You will guide and train managers in systematic occupational environment work, support personnel matters and cooperation issues, and develop HR processes. Your role will include work tasks such as: • Coordinate the municipality's occupational environment training for managers and safety representatives and conduct training together with your HR colleagues • Coordinate, guide, and support managers in the municipality-wide employee survey • System responsibility for our HR systems within occupational environment, rehabilitation, and recruitment • Responsibility for developing workforce planning issues • Develop and implement processes and tools within your areas of responsibility for the entire organization QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with relevant higher education/university education in HR or personnel science, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have some experience with operational HR work, preferably within occupational environment and workforce planning. We would like to see that you have previous experience designing and conducting training. As a person, you are communicative, relationship-building, and have an easy way of creating trust with managers and colleagues. You work professionally, are solution-oriented, and have the ability to handle complex matters in a secure and pedagogical manner. You are attentive and take responsibility, while also appreciating working in a team where collaboration, ease, and an open climate are a natural part of everyday life. To succeed in the role, you should enjoy designing and conducting training for both small and large groups, be curious, and take initiative.
