• Experience in HR, HR Operations, or HR Support regardless of specific specialization or focus area. • Completed secondary education. • Fluent English language skills and another key language for regional support (Czech, Turkish, and/or another EU language). • Excellent communication and analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a high degree of attention to detail. • Good proficiency with information systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. • Ability to work in a fast-changing and dynamic environment. • Knowledge of HRIS systems, ideally Workday.
