JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Are you studying a university program in HR and working life and have an internship course scheduled for spring? We are looking for an intern who wants to share thoughts, ideas, and be part of developing projects in the HR field together with us! The HR department at Växjö Energi is a cohesive and driven team that works broadly with HR issues across our three business areas. During your internship period, you will get to participate in operational HR work and help develop our processes together with colleagues in the department. As an intern, you can to some extent influence which issues you would like to dive deeper into. This could for example be related to employer branding, on/off-boarding, competency-based recruitment, or implementation of new legal requirements in the HR field. We are open to ideas!
