We are now seeking an HR Manager for a longer consulting assignment with one of our clients in Falkenberg. You will become an important part of the organization's HR team and work closely with managers and leaders to create conditions for both business success and a positive employee experience.
About the Position
As an HR Manager, you will provide both strategic and operational support to the business. You will work closely with leaders and managers on matters relating to employment law, leadership, organizational development, workforce planning, and change management. The role involves significant independent responsibility and the opportunity to influence both operations and culture.
You will be part of an experienced HR team consisting of an HR Manager, HR Specialist, and payroll administrators, where you together drive and develop HR work.
In the role, you will, among other things:
Provide qualified HR support to managers on daily and strategic personnel matters.
Work with organizational development, change management, and skills development.
Ensure that the organization complies with applicable employment law, collective agreements, and internal guidelines.
Provide advice and support on matters relating to employment law, rehabilitation, performance, and employee relations.
Support managers on matters relating to performance management, talent development, and career development.
Responsible for introducing and onboarding new employees.
Prepare and update job descriptions.
Initiate and support recruitment processes together with hiring managers.
Participate in minor organizational changes and prepare HR-related analyses and decision-making materials.
About You
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in qualified HR work, for example as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or in a similar role. You are confident in your expertise and accustomed to working closely with the business in an advisory and coaching capacity.
To succeed in the assignment, we see that you have:
Solid knowledge of Swedish employment law and collective agreements.
Experience from manufacturing or other production operations.
The ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships at all levels of the organization.
