About the Company
Our client is a large international company operating in the manufacturing industry. In Falkenberg, they have an established operation with both production and management organization, where HR works closely with managers and employees to support the business in both daily operations and long-term development.
We are now seeking an experienced HR Manager for an extended consulting assignment starting as soon as possible. You will become part of a small local HR team and take on a broad, operationally-focused role with primary focus on the Falkenberg operation.
About the Role
As an HR Manager, you will work closely with managers and the business, serving as a trusted and professional HR support for both operational and development-related matters. The role is broad and involves supporting managers throughout the employee journey while contributing to organizational, team, and HR development.
You will be part of the HR team in Falkenberg and collaborate with other HR functions across the organization. Most of the work takes place in Falkenberg, but you will also support the Mölnlycke operation as needed.
The role includes, among other things:
Support and coach managers on ongoing HR and personnel matters
Provide advice and guidance on employment law, collective agreements, and internal policies
Work with performance management, talent management, and employee and team development
Support the business during changes and minor organizational and structural adjustments
Contribute to organizational and competency development initiatives
Equip managers with the right tools and support for managing employee and development plans
Manage the onboarding process, from planning and activities to follow-up
Develop and update role and position descriptions
Initiate recruitment needs and collaborate with the responsible recruitment function
Collect, analyze, and follow up on HR data and provide support on matters related to compensation
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to operations and is comfortable switching between daily personnel matters and more development-focused HR work.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with extensive HR experience who has previously worked as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or in a similar operationally-focused role. You are confident in your HR expertise and accustomed to independently supporting managers with various personnel and organizational matters.

Have strong knowledge of Swedish employment law and collective agreements
Are experienced in supporting and coaching managers on personnel matters
Have experience with performance management, employee development, and change work
Can manage multiple issues in parallel and make well-founded assessments
Can work independently while also thriving in close collaboration with others
It is a merit if you have experience from the manufacturing industry or similar operations, particularly from an organization with both collective employees and salaried staff.
As a person, you are:
Confident and professional in your role
Calm and organized even when the pace is high
Clear and comfortable standing by your assessments
Responsible and reliable
Communicative and skilled at building trust
Methodical and solution-oriented in your approach

For the right person, there is also potential to transition to a permanent position with the client company. We are therefore looking for someone interested in a long-term opportunity.
The work takes place primarily on-site in Falkenberg. The role also involves travel to the Mölnlycke operation as needed, estimated at 5–10 percent of the time. Work from home may be arranged by agreement with your responsible manager.
