About the Position
Perido is now seeking an HR Consultant for our client, a company based in Stockholm. In this role, you will be a close support to managers and the business, working broadly with HR matters. We are looking for someone who is humble, confident in interactions with both employees and management, and who thrives in a role where you take responsibility for everything from strategic to operational tasks.
You will, among other things:
serve as operational HR support to managers on personnel-related matters
handle and assist with various personnel matters
work with labor negotiations and cooperation for both the salaried and hourly employee sides
support the business on HR-related matters based on applicable laws, agreements, and practices
contribute where needs arise and be a flexible resource in daily HR work
Your Qualities
As a person, you are humble, flexible, and thrive in a broad role where you handle everything from strategic to operational tasks. You have the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously and can prioritize when different matters need to be handled in parallel. You are confident in your interactions with people at various levels in the organization and have an easy way of communicating with both hourly workers, managers, and leadership. You have a solution-oriented approach and thrive in a business-close HR role where tasks can vary from day to day.

Qualifications:
At least two years of experience with similar HR work
Experience handling personnel matters
Knowledge of labor negotiations, for the hourly employee side (IF metall) and the salaried employee side (Unionen, etc.)
Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Merits:
Higher education in a relevant field
Scope and Start Date
Full-time, consulting assignment for 12 months, with good opportunity for extension. Start mid-October.
