With us, you will work on competency supply close to managers and operations, drive recruitments from start to finish, and help us both find – and choose – the right people. Responsibilities As an HR consultant specializing in recruitment, you will be qualified support to our managers in competency supply. You help them define what they actually need, attract the right candidates, and make professional and accurate assessments. You will, among other things: drive recruitments from needs analysis to employment support and challenge managers in job profiles, selection, interviews, and assessment ensure quality and competence-based working methods manage multiple recruitments and assignments simultaneously contribute to developing our approaches within recruitment. You work independently but never alone. You become part of the HR unit and collaborate closely with HR colleagues, managers, and other functions in the organization. We want you to have: relevant academic education in HR, personnel science, or other education that we consider equivalent several years of experience in qualified recruitment work experience with competence-based recruitment and structured selection methods experience providing professional support and advice to managers ability to independently plan, prioritize, and drive multiple processes simultaneously very good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written good digital competence and experience with recruitment systems.
