On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a People & Culture Advisor / HR Generalist for an exciting assignment in Stockholm. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start 2026-09-21 and run through 2027-08-31.
About the Assignment
As a People & Culture Advisor, you will be part of our client's Swedish HR Operations team and work alongside two colleagues. The team is part of a global HR Operations organization, which means you will have many points of contact and opportunities to collaborate both locally and internationally.
In the role, you will work broadly with daily HR delivery and provide support to both managers and employees throughout the employee journey. You will work with onboarding and offboarding, personnel administration, HR processes, employment law matters, payroll and benefits administration, and HR system-related issues. You will also manage and follow up on HR cases in the organization's case management system.
Beyond operational HR work, you will have the opportunity to participate in development and change initiatives and contribute to further developing HR processes, methods, and structures. The client has in recent years built up and developed its HR function and continues on a transformation journey where digitalization, AI, and smarter HR processes are key areas.

About You
We are looking for you who meet the following mandatory requirements:
Academic education in HR, personnel science, or equivalent.
Approximately 2–3 years of experience in a broad HR role, such as HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, or equivalent.
Experience supporting managers and employees with HR-related matters.
Experience with personnel administration and operational HR processes.
Good system skills and experience working with different HR systems.
Very strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
It is a merit if you also meet the following requirements:
Experience with Workday.
Experience from an international organization.
Experience from a salaried employee organization or similar business.
Knowledge of Swedish employment law and collective agreements.
Experience with improvement, change, or digitalization projects within HR.
Interest in digitalization, AI, and how new technology can be used to create more efficient HR processes.
