Do you want a key role close to operations where you combine hands-on HR work with developing processes, methods, and leadership? Scan Sverige is now looking for an HR Generalist who thrives with the breadth of HR – and who wants to make a difference for both managers and employees. What you'll do In the role of HR Generalist, you'll work broadly and provide close support to managers in their daily work. You'll have a varied role where you work both operationally and developmentally across several HR processes and areas. You'll support the business in recruitment, staffing, and rehabilitation, as well as work with manager and employee development, workplace environment issues, and employment law matters. You're an important part of systematic workplace environment work and actively contribute to collaboration through, among other things, safety committee work and dialogue with union representatives. The role also includes work with salary reviews and support to managers on various personnel-related matters. You'll further work with competence development and forums such as HR manager meetings, and you'll support leaders in, for example, goal dialogues, manager dialogues, and follow-up of employee surveys. You'll also handle employment law matters, collective agreements, and union negotiations in close collaboration with the business. The role includes HR administration such as KPI monitoring, invoice handling, system support, and work with digitalization of HR archives. You'll also participate in central HR projects. This is a fixed-term position for one year, with the possibility of a permanent position. You'll be part of the HR team in Sweden consisting of 13 people and will be based in Skara. You report to the HR Manager. You have Post-secondary education in HR/Personnel or equivalent experience deemed equivalent. Experience working broadly with hands-on HR work and manager support in an organization with unionized employees. Good knowledge/experience of employment law, collective agreements, and collaboration – including union negotiations. Experience in workplace environment and rehabilitation work. Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish. You are Relationship-oriented and confident in building trust with managers, union representatives, and colleagues. Collaboration-focused and thrive in a team where knowledge is shared and where you together get things done. Structured with strong ability to organize and prioritize in a day-to-day situation with multiple parallel matters. Reliable and thorough – you deliver on commitments and handle HR matters with integrity. Flexible and solution-oriented when circumstances change and the business needs support here and now.
