We are looking for an HR Generalist to join Devexa in Karlskrona. Here we work closely together in an open environment, with plenty of laughter and camaraderie. Devexa AB is a family-owned company that provides cleaning services throughout Sweden. Devexa has its headquarters in Karlskrona and is part of the Pelmaticgruppen group. Devexa embarked on a major growth journey in 2021 through the acquisition of cleaning companies. Currently we are located in Kristianstad, Växjö and Västerås, and our vision is to continue growing. We are looking for an HR Generalist at our headquarters who wants to join us on this journey. As an HR Generalist, you will work together with the CEO and other headquarters staff to support subsidiary site managers and employees both operatively through administration and follow-ups, and also be an important part of the Devexa group's strategic HR work. By building strong relationships and trust with site managers and employees, you actively contribute to the development of our internal HR processes. Most importantly, provide support within your area of expertise, including work environment, rehabilitation, and personnel matters. You need to have good IT skills and be comfortable learning to navigate digital systems. Your main responsibilities include: Provide guidance and advice to managers on HR-related questions and policies Support managers in recruitment processes, salary setting, and administer employment contracts Interpret collective agreements, support managers in employment law matters, and conduct union negotiations Administer job postings and ensure good optimization of these on social media to attract the right talent Manage rehabilitation processes Support salary preparation Participate in the development and implementation of strategic HR processes Responsibility for designing and updating the company's employee handbook and company policies Other HR administration About You We believe you have an academic degree in HR or work experience that we consider equivalent. We believe you have several years of work experience in HR and supporting managers. You have experience with operational and strategic HR work and feel confident in your knowledge regarding laws, agreements, and other regulations within HR. You value a workplace with high pace and collaboration. Some of your best qualities are that you are service-oriented, open to change, structured, and thorough.
