About the position
We are seeking an HR Business Partner for our client in Solna. The role encompasses both strategic development work and operational HR support, with a broad range of tasks that require strong analytical capabilities, a solution-oriented approach, and the ability to make well-founded assessments.
The position includes the following responsibilities:
- Drive and provide expert support in HR processes and HR-related tasks.
- Support development and change management initiatives.
- Contribute to business-related projects from an HR perspective.
- Manage cooperation, communication, and negotiations with employee organizations.
Assignment period and scope:
The HR Business Partner position is a part-time consulting assignment, 20 hours/week, starting immediately by agreement and is expected to run through March 31, 2027.
The assignment involves security-sensitive operations, which means the assignment cannot commence before background checks and registry checks are approved for the final candidate.
Requirements for the position:
• 4-6 years of experience independently driving HR processes such as competency planning, talent management, salary mapping, salary reviews, and matters related to psychosocial health and work environment.
• Experience with negotiations and cooperation with employee organizations.
• Broad experience supporting and guiding managers on a wide range of HR-related and business-related matters.
• Strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
• Experience leading workshops, working groups, or similar forums.
