HR Business Partner Do you want to take your HRBP career to the next level and become part of Hitachi Energy Components? This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our core business and our flagship production of enclosures and winding couplers. You'll join a small, professional, and committed HR team that serves around 50 managers, approximately 20 of them in production. The business includes a market and sales division that is shared with our sister factory in Zurich. As an HRBP in a production-focused role, you'll be an important part of production's management teams and you'll need to be on-site at the Ludvika office 4-5 days a week. Let's build the best workplace together!" – Åsa Linder, HR Manager Components, Ludvika Your Responsibilities Act as a business partner to the Components business and provide qualified HR support Drive and develop local HR initiatives and projects Collaborate with managers to shape future HR strategies, processes, and ways of working Coach and support managers in labor law, employee relations, and performance management Lead change initiatives – from reorganizations to culture and leadership initiatives Contribute to an inclusive and developmental work environment in the factory Use data and insights to strengthen engagement and retention Your Background Academic degree in HR, business administration, or equivalent (master's degree is a plus) Several years of experience in qualified HR work, preferably in an international and/or industrial environment Excellent communication skills and experience working in complex matrix organizations Solid knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and labor relations in Sweden. Confident in union negotiations. Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations An analytical mindset and ability to turn data into business value Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written More About Us We believe that great work thrives in an environment where people feel supported and fairly rewarded.
