HR Boat Sweden is growing and needs your help. We have a 50-year history of producing really great recreational boats. After a couple of turbulent years following the 2024 fire, we have now moved into a brand new factory. As part of this, we have developed 6 completely new boat models that have taken the market by storm. This means we need to recruit more skilled boat builders who fit in with our team here in Laxå. We currently have around 20 boat builders. In addition to skilled, curious boat builders, we employ people with the right values and a good sense of humor. Our values are our guiding principles. We are looking for a team of happy boat builders for our two departments: the plastic department and assembly. For the plastic department, we are seeking a laminator who will be part of a team that produces plastic products that are then assembled into boats. The plastic products are made from fiberglass and polyester. If you have worked with similar materials, that is highly valuable. With increased production, we are also seeking an assembler. Experience with similar work tasks is required. A skilled and resourceful craftsperson is a good description of our assemblers. Each assembler is responsible for their boat and puts their mark on the work, which enhances professional pride and quality.
