Welcome to a meaningful assignment! The Staffing Center is Region Norrbotten's own staffing pool and center for operational work with external staffing requests. Here we coordinate healthcare personnel resources daily and support operations to maintain high patient safety and good care quality. Our team consists of dedicated HR assistants and staffing coordinators who together ensure that the right competence is in the right place at the right time. We are now seeking a new colleague to work with internal personnel as one of our HR assistants is taking parental leave. The position is based at our office at Sunderby Hospital. We are looking for We are looking for you who have a degree in HR/Personnel or other education and work experience that the employer considers equivalent. You have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good administrative skills and high digital maturity. It is meritorious if you have experience with personnel and staffing systems as well as knowledge of labor law, collective agreements, and relevant legislation. Experience in recruitment, scheduling, personnel administration, or work within healthcare or care services is also meritorious. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. What you will be working with In your role as HR Assistant, you will primarily work with operational internal short-term staffing. Daily matching of operations' needs for extra resources against available personnel in our internal staffing pool and among our temporary employees. Close collaboration and daily contact with managers and employees within healthcare. Active recruitment work to attract and engage new employees to the Staffing Center. You will work, among other things, in the support system Time Care Pool and handle a varied pace with many parallel matters. Start date is by agreement. The employment is time-limited and runs through February 2028. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
