In the role of headwaiter with us, you'll be at the center of the action at all times. We're looking for a responsible person who actively works to develop their colleagues, the company, and not least themselves. You'll be the restaurant manager's right hand and have a natural ability to create a positive atmosphere with both guests and colleagues. Previous experience from à la carte and hotel restaurants is a requirement, as well as strong knowledge of wine. A passion for service, going the extra mile, and always putting the guest first is something we take for granted. The position is full-time (100%) with a 6-month probationary period. You must be over 18 years old, capable of making independent decisions with your own responsibility, and able to collaborate with the team where communication, planning, and quick turnarounds are everyday occurrences. You must speak both Swedish and English, as parts of our team and especially our guests speak English. What can we offer you?
