Do you have a passion for excellent service and enjoy overseeing the big picture? Then we're looking for you as our Head Server this winter! Lilla Vildt is a restaurant at Idre Fjäll with a local profile, where we work with locally sourced and relationship-based cuisine. With us, you'll experience high service standards in a living room atmosphere, always with the guest at the forefront. With high gastronomic ambition without being pretentious, we strive to work with food, beverages, and each other in a relaxed manner. We are a small team that works closely together and strives to maintain a workplace with great atmosphere and open communication – we want everyone to enjoy coming to work! We're open for dinner during winter, which means there's plenty of free time for skiing and other activities during the days. For the upcoming winter season, we're seeking a head server who loves guest interaction, has an eye for both details and the bigger picture, and has a genuine interest in food and beverages! With us, the head server is an integral part of the service. You lead by being present in daily operations and actively work with our guests—seating tables, serving, and more. You have oversight of the restaurant as a whole while quickly shifting focus and being where you're needed most at any moment. The role involves close collaboration with our F&B manager and sommelier and will be tailored to you and your experience and wishes—there's room for development with us. We believe you enjoy taking responsibility and creating structure, are confident in yourself, and like to lead in a positive way. You're a team player through and through, and most importantly, you're someone who brings joy to the workplace! We're a small restaurant where we work closely together. We value a warm atmosphere and open communication throughout the team. A B driving license and car are not required, but they make it easier to get to and from work. We really care about finding the right person who fits our team. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, so please send in your application as soon as possible. The position runs from December to April.
