Sundbyholms Slott is an exclusive hotel located on the southern shore of Lake Mälaren just outside Eskilstuna, about an hour from Stockholm. With historical origins dating back to the 1600s, the castle has been adapted to meet modern and future restaurant requirements. Peacefully situated next to the castle, the hotel section features panoramic views of Lake Mälaren. The hotel has 115 rooms divided into single rooms, double rooms, and suites. We are part of the networks Countryside Hotels, Svenska Möten, and IACC. We are now seeking a: Head Waiter Our operations consist of conferences, corporate and private events, à la carte dining, and weddings. We work in a fantastic, exciting, and enjoyable environment. We are looking for someone with a strong passion for food and wine. Sommelier training is a merit. You are flexible, able to work under pressure, a good organizer, and have previous experience with similar responsibilities. You are equally capable of working independently as you are at leading and coordinating the work of your colleagues in the castle's dining rooms. As a person, you are cheerful and positive, passionate about service, and always prioritize guests' experiences. Your direct supervisor is the restaurant manager. Our largest operations consist of conferences, corporate and private events, weddings, and à la carte dining. We and our guests have very high standards for quality and food concepts.
