Head Waiter at a Conference Destination on Ekerö Start immediately - Assignment through December 20 - Possibility of full-time position with client Four Service is now seeking an experienced and dedicated head waiter for an assignment with our client - a well-renowned conference and restaurant facility on Ekerö, approximately 30 km outside Stockholm. The assignment starts immediately and runs until around December 20. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities to (potentially) transition into a full-time position directly with the client after the assignment ends - if that's of interest to you, otherwise it's simply a staffing assignment for fall/winter. About the Role As head waiter, you become the natural link between kitchen, service, and guest. You lead daily operations in the dining room and ensure that every conference and private guest receives a service experience that exceeds expectations. You work operatively in both restaurant and conference environments, where days vary between breakfast, lunch, dinner, and various events. The schedule rotates between one week of daytime shifts and one week of evening shifts, plus work every other weekend. You will be employed by Four Service during the assignment period and work at our client's location on Ekerö. Your Key Responsibilities Lead and plan daily operations in the dining room Ensure high quality in service and guest experience Coordinate service in restaurant, conference, and other settings Handle orders and create an efficient operational flow Work actively in service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner Who We're Looking For We believe you're a confident leader who thrives when the pace is high and who always keeps the guest at the center.
