We are seeking a head waiter for a year-round position at Copperhill Mountain Lodge. Copperhill Mountain Lodge is a unique, internationally acclaimed design hotel. Our primary mission is to provide our guests with warm and genuine hospitality, delivering a unique experience in our distinctive environment. We are now looking for a head waiter to strengthen our team throughout the year. We are seeking someone who is just as passionate about our guests' experiences as we are. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in people, service, food, and beverages. As head waiter, you will work days and evenings and be an important leader for the restaurant team and part of the supervisor team. Qualifications and Experience: • Approximately 10 years of experience working and leading in restaurants • It is advantageous if you are a sommelier, have worked in hotels previously, and have completed leadership training. Duration: Permanent position with 6-month probation period Accommodation: Accommodation is available for rent in our staff housing, limited rooms available. Working Hours: Varying days/evenings and weekends. Salary: By agreement. Start Date: December 2026. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis.
