Head Waiter at Brösarps Gästgifveri & SPA We are now looking for our new head waiter at Brösarps Gästgifveri & SPA as our current one embarks on new adventures. Brösarps Gästgifveri, at the gateway to beautiful Österlen, is a family-owned operation with a well-known restaurant, SPA, hotel, and conference facilities. We care for both our employees and our guests. We naturally have a collective agreement and are proud members of VISITA. To thrive with us at Gästis, you need to enjoy a fast-paced environment, provide excellent service, and help out wherever needed in the restaurant. The position includes: Shifting leadership during your work shifts Ordering beverages and supplies Inventorying and restocking beverages Communication with the kitchen regarding menus, etc. Ensuring that routines are followed Standard serving duties We believe that you: Have experience with similar tasks for several years. Experience in team leadership is a requirement. Want to work at a place with many guests year-round. Have a strong interest in food and wine The position is operational and you are usually off every other weekend. At Gästis you will be part of a team of two head waiters reporting to the restaurant manager.
