WORKPLACE: Kroměříž - Job Responsibilities: managing guest arrivals and departures, billing for guest services and merchandise, responsibility for cashless and cash transactions processed at the reception desk, handling phone calls and email correspondence, managing web applications such as Booking, Previo, regular cleaning of the workplace - Requirements: secondary education, previous experience in the field is an advantage, knowledge of at least one world language, knowledge of PC work (Excel, Word), independence and reliability, customer-focused approach - EMPLOYMENT: shift rotation - morning shift Mon-Fri (6:00 - 14:00), afternoon shift Mon-Fri (14:00 - 22:00), weekends off - Contact: in person at the workplace or by phone Mon-Fri (9:00 - 14:00) or send your written applications with a structured CV to: [email protected]
