We are now hiring a hotel receptionist for Livington Hotel in Vinsta/Vällingby. Livington Hotel is a modern hotel with 105 rooms. A permanent position is offered. Work hours are flexible and include evenings and weekends. Our PMS is Mews and we use Vingcard. We have a collective bargaining agreement. Salary according to agreement. For this position, we require that you speak and write both English and Swedish fluently. Job Duties The duties include standard reception tasks such as booking, room allocation, check-in and check-out, sales, and cleaning. Being able to serve food and beverages and assist with breakfast is part of the work. We are also looking for employees who can work weekdays and weekends. Qualifications: - You can express yourself fluently in both speech and writing in Swedish and English - You have good computer skills, master Microsoft Office, and have knowledge in one or more booking systems; we use MEWS. - You are service-oriented, stress-resistant, communicative, and willing to go the extra mile - You can work independently - You have a few years of experience from hotel reception Applications should be sent to: [email protected]
