Hotel Manager First Hotel Planetstaden in Lund Would you like to lead and develop a hotel with 195 rooms and apartments, a restaurant and spa in Lund? We are seeking a business-driven and committed hotel manager who wants to develop First Hotel Planetstaden together with the hotel's managers and owners. About the hotel First Hotel Planetstaden is Lund's city spa hotel with 195 rooms and apartments, restaurant, conference facilities, gym and spa. Here we welcome business travelers, conference guests, families and guests staying longer. About the role You have overall responsibility for the hotel's operations, finances and guest experience. You lead the management team, are present in daily operations and drive the hotel's development together with First Hotels and the owners. • Increase sales within accommodations, restaurant, conference and spa and strengthen local partnerships. • Lead and develop managers and employees. • Ensure good service, quality and a safe work environment. • Manage budget, results and follow-up. Who are you You are a confident and clear leader who enjoys working closely with both guests and employees. You have experience leading a hotel or similar business, with responsibility for personnel, budget and results. You understand how sales and good service contribute to profitability and bring the team along as the business develops. You communicate fluently in a Scandinavian language and English. Experience with restaurant, conference or spa as well as knowledge of the local market is a merit.
