Job Responsibilities: ensure comprehensive handling of the organization's accounting agenda, processing documents, assess as budget manager and accountant the planned operations according to criteria set by the Internal Control Procedure, conduct ongoing and subsequent inspections, prepare materials for budgeting the organization, manage banking relations, monitor and regularly evaluate the spending of allocated financial resources, maintain accounting and pedagogical archives, keep archival records, be responsible for archiving and disposal of documents, maintain inventory records of school property, in cooperation with the deputy director, lead and coordinate inventory work, prepare materials for business contracts, direct, organize and supervise the work of payroll accountant, school cafeteria manager, school cashier, review payroll documentation including posting to accounts.
