Job Responsibilities: - comprehensive accounting management of a contributory organization (VAT payer) in collaboration with an accountant (invoicing, cash register, bank) and payroll accountant - preparation of financial statements and reports for the Central System of State Accounting Information - processing of monthly and quarterly closing procedures according to the requirements of the founder - processing of regular financial statements as of 31.12. - independent accounting entries (assets, receivables, taxes, grants, etc.) - VAT agenda including foreign relations and income tax - cooperation with a tax advisor who prepares tax returns - ensuring inventory of assets and liabilities - banking transactions, balance verification and payment authorization - review of accounting documents processed by other accountants - methodological leadership of the team (accountant, payroll accountant) - participation in budget and financial planning - preparation of documents for grant settlement - cooperation with organization management and economic department, working in Gordic GINIS software Employee Benefits: 5 weeks vacation, individual performance bonuses, performance-based premiums, pension insurance contribution, meal allowance.
