We are MBQ s.r.o., a Czech construction company with a long-standing tradition. We execute diverse construction contracts primarily in Prague, Liberec, Hradec Králové, and Central Bohemia regions.

For our project management team, we are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager with authorization / Project Manager who will take responsibility for managing significant construction contracts and will be a professional partner to company leadership.
What Awaits You
You will be responsible for comprehensive management of construction projects from project takeover through successful handover to the investor.
Your work will include in particular:
o management of significant construction contracts,
o coordination of multiple construction sites or implementation teams,
o leadership of site managers and technical staff,
o economic management of assigned projects,
o control of schedules, quality, and budgets,
o cooperation with investors, designers, and technical supervision,
o strategic decision-making during project implementation,
o project risk management,
o oversight of contractual terms compliance,
o responsibility for occupational health and safety, fire protection, and quality of work,
o cooperation with company leadership in planning future projects.
You will have significant influence not only on the course of construction implementation but also on their economic results.
What We Expect From You
o ČKAIT authorization (building construction),
o secondary or higher education in construction field,
o several years of experience as a senior site manager or project manager,
o experience with economic management of construction projects,
o excellent knowledge of project documentation,
o experience leading implementation teams,
o ability to make independent decisions,
o sales and negotiation skills,
o Class B driver's license (active driver),
o professional demeanor,
o fluent Czech language proficiency; the position is suitable for both men and women.
What We Offer
Attractive financial compensation: 65,000 to 80,000 CZK gross / month depending on experience and length of practice (base gross salary + monthly bonus / personal remuneration).
Additionally, we offer:
o ournual bonus commitment = BONUS of 200,000 to 350,000 CZK (for VP position BONUS is 350,000 to 500,000 CZK), which is tied to the size, complexity, and economic results of assigned contracts and is paid progressively in individual calendar quarters,
o bonus commitment = BONUS for efficient contract management of 3 to 5% of achieved cost savings (profit margin) depending on contract size and complexity.
