Due to our company's growth and increasing number of new projects, we are looking for a colleague for the position of:
Senior Construction Manager in the Monolith Division

The result of your work will be (in collaboration with the construction manager and your team) the timely completion of the construction project. All of our construction sites are in Prague.
Job Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive management of construction projects (planning, coordination, and oversight of construction work progress)
- Coordination of subordinate employees (foremen)
- Responsibility for project results
- Collaboration with subcontractors
- Conducting meetings with investors and other construction participants (project managers, designers, authorities)
What will be useful for you in this position:
- University or secondary education in construction field; professional certification in the field is welcomed
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a company specializing in monolithic construction
- Driver's license category B (company vehicle available)
- PC MS Office (Word, Excel) user level
- Ability to independently manage construction and lead a work team
- Personal approach, time flexibility, communication skills, reliability
