SENIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

We are looking for a senior construction manager to join our team who will take responsibility for assigned projects from start to finish – and understands what quality monolithic construction means. Your responsibilities will include: comprehensive management of assigned construction projects from initiation to handover; coordination of employees, subcontractors and suppliers; quality control of work performed, schedule and budget management; communication with investors, designers and technical supervisors; maintenance of construction documentation and oversight of workplace safety compliance. What we expect from you: secondary education in construction with a diploma; experience in a construction manager or project manager position, ideally with monolithic/concrete structures; good knowledge of project and technical documentation and familiarity with formwork systems (Doka, Framax, Peri etc. a plus); Group B driver's license – active driver; independence, organizational skills and responsible approach.
