For our project management team, we are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager with authorization / Project Manager who will take responsibility for managing significant construction projects and become a professional partner to company leadership.
What Awaits You
You will be responsible for comprehensive management of construction projects from contract acquisition through successful handover to the investor.
Your main duties will include:
• Managing significant construction projects,
• Coordinating multiple construction sites or project teams,
• Leading construction managers and technical staff,
• Economic management of assigned projects,
• Monitoring schedules, quality, and budgets,
• Collaboration with investors, designers, and technical supervisors,
• Strategic decision-making during construction implementation,
• Project risk management,
• Oversight of contractual compliance,
• Responsibility for occupational safety, fire safety, and quality of work,
• Collaboration with company leadership on planning future projects.
You will have significant influence not only on the progress of construction work but also on its economic results.
What We Expect From You
• ČKAIT authorization (building construction),
• Secondary or university education in construction,
• Several years of experience in a senior construction manager or project manager position,
• Experience with economic management of construction projects,
• Excellent knowledge of project documentation,
• Experience leading project teams,
• Ability to make independent decisions,
• Sales and negotiation skills,
• Group B driver's license (active driver),
• Professional demeanor,
• Fluent communication skills in Czech; the position is suitable for both men and women.
What We Offer You
Attractive compensation: 65,000 to 80,000 CZK gross / month depending on experience and years of service (base gross salary + monthly bonus / personal remuneration).
Additionally, we offer:
• Annual bonus commitment = BONUS of 200,000 to 350,000 CZK (for VP position BONUS is 350,000 to 500,000 CZK), which is linked to the size, complexity, and economic results of assigned projects and is paid continuously throughout each calendar quarter,
• Bonus commitment = BONUS for cost-efficient project management of 3 to 5% of achieved cost savings (profit margin) depending on project size and complexity.
