On behalf of our client, Miljonbemanning is now seeking experienced and responsible wheel loader operators for work in waste management, material transport, and construction environments in Uddevalla and the surrounding area.
As a wheel loader operator, you work independently with material handling and become an important part of daily operations. The role suits you if you are experienced working with machinery, thrive in industrial and recycling environments, and have a clear focus on safety.
Job Description
As a wheel loader operator, you will primarily work with loading, unloading, and moving material according to given instructions and safety procedures.
The role includes, among other things:
operating a wheel loader in a safe and controlled manner
performing loading, unloading, and material handling
working in environments where multiple vehicles, machinery, and occupational groups operate simultaneously
performing daily machine inspections
reporting deficiencies, deviations, near-misses, and incidents
following occupational health and safety regulations, safety requirements, and local procedures
collaborating with colleagues and work supervisors
contributing to a safe and efficient workflow
The work requires you to be confident in your machinery operation, able to work independently, and maintain a high level of safety awareness even when the pace is high.
We Are Looking for You If You
have a valid professional license for wheel loader C2
have authorization for telehandler C7
have held a valid operator's license for at least two years
have relevant experience from similar assignments during this period
have experience from industrial, construction, energy, or recycling environments
have a forklift license A/B if applicable for the assignment
can speak, read, and understand Swedish
are safety-conscious, responsible, and thorough
have good collaboration skills
can follow instructions, procedures, and occupational health and safety requirements
We are particularly looking for someone with good practical experience handling wheel loaders and who is accustomed to working in environments with ongoing operations and other vehicles and machinery in motion.
Other Information
This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Miljonbemanning and work on-site with our client in Uddevalla and the surrounding area.
Working hours may vary based on operational needs, and work may occur on weekdays, evenings, nights, and weekends. Flexibility and the ability to work with short notice may therefore be an important part of the assignment.
The work takes place in high-security requirement environments and can be physically demanding. You therefore need to be able to follow instructions and safety procedures and work professionally in environments with machinery, vehicles, and ongoing operations.
As part of the recruitment process, you will need to be able to provide relevant operator licenses, certifications, and evidence of your previous experience.
