On behalf of our client, Miljonbemanning is now seeking experienced and responsible wheel loader operators for work in waste management, material transport, and construction environments in Uddevalla and surrounding areas.
As a wheel loader operator, you will work independently with material handling and become an important part of daily operations. The role suits you if you are experienced in working with machinery, comfortable in industrial and recycling environments, and have a clear focus on safety.
Job Description
As a wheel loader operator, you will primarily work with loading, unloading, and moving material according to given instructions and safety procedures.
The role includes:
Operating a wheel loader safely and in a controlled manner
Performing loading, unloading, and material handling
Working in environments where multiple vehicles, machinery, and professional groups operate simultaneously
Performing daily equipment inspections
Reporting deficiencies, deviations, near-misses, and incidents
Following workplace safety regulations, safety requirements, and local procedures
Collaborating with colleagues and management
Contributing to a safe and efficient workflow
The work requires that you are confident in your machinery operation, can work independently, and maintain a high level of safety awareness even when the pace is fast.
We Are Looking For You If You
have a valid professional certification for wheel loader C2
have certification for telescopic loader C7
have held a valid operator's license for at least two years
have relevant experience from similar assignments during this period
have experience from, for example, industrial, construction, energy, or recycling environments
have a forklift certificate A/B if relevant for the assignment
can speak, read, and understand Swedish
are safety conscious, responsible, and thorough
have good teamwork skills
can follow instructions, procedures, and workplace safety requirements
Above all, we are looking for you who have good practical experience operating a wheel loader and are accustomed to working in environments with ongoing operations and other vehicles and machinery in motion.
Other Information
This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Miljonbemanning and work for our client in Uddevalla and surrounding areas.
Working hours may vary depending on operational needs, and work may occur on weekdays, evenings, nights, and weekends. Flexibility and the ability to work with short notice may therefore be important parts of the assignment.
The work takes place in environments with elevated safety requirements and can be physically demanding. You therefore need to be able to follow instructions and safety procedures and work professionally in environments with machinery, vehicles, and ongoing operations.
As part of the recruitment process, you will need to be able to provide relevant operator licenses, certificates, and proof of your previous experience.
