JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Would you like to make a difference in people's everyday lives? Home Care West is now seeking a dedicated and caring employee for an extended temporary position.
With us you will meet a work team with strong cohesion, close collaboration, and great commitment to our service users. We work from the conviction that every individual is unique and should be treated with respect, participation, and dignity.
As a home care employee, you help our service users live an independent and secure life in their own home. Your tasks include personal care, services, social support, and documentation, among other things.
The work involves shifts during day, evening, and every other weekend.
We are looking for someone with a genuine focus on service users and who puts the individual's needs at the center. You have good interpersonal skills and build trusting relationships. To thrive with us, you are thorough, responsible, and flexible and care about a good work environment. You also have good computer skills and feel comfortable with digital documentation.

Permanent employees at Sävsjö Municipality are stationed at their regular workplace in case of heightened readiness.
In the event of heightened readiness, war threat, or war, the employee shall report to their regular workplace.
The employer has the right to reassign employees to another workplace within Sävsjö Municipality's organization if needed.
