Are you a nursing assistant with a professional certificate and previous experience in home care services? We're looking for you to join our team for evening shifts (including weekend service coverage). This might be the perfect opportunity for you! We are constantly working on development in our operations and focus on quality assurance, including self-inspections. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our operations – we can always improve. Expertise matters – We offer training in dementia care, ergonomics, and more. We provide care and services to our clients through care decisions and we actively work with contact person assignments. We're looking for someone who is passionate about working with individuals, respects our clients, and provides the absolute best service – this is extremely important. Requirements for the position include the ability to work independently, but also as part of a team, as the work sometimes requires two people. It's important that you speak and write Swedish fluently and have phone experience to be able to read digital schedules and instructions. Some of our clients have pets, so you need to be comfortable with animals and have no allergies. We travel between our clients by bicycle, so cycling experience is a requirement.
