At Hemfrid, you will have the opportunity to combine hands-on work with responsibility and support for your colleagues. We are now looking for a Service Team Member in Halmstad and the surrounding areas. As a Service Team Member, you will have a varied role where you carry out different types of cleaning assignments while helping ensure a consistently high level of service for our customers. You will work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead and become an important part of the team in the field. What do we offer? Your responsibilities may include: Initial cleanings Deep cleanings Window cleaning Covering shifts when needed Quality inspections Introducing new employees when needed Key handling when required You will primarily work in Halmstad and the surrounding areas, with the possibility of supporting nearby areas when needed. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with experience in home cleaning who is comfortable working with quality and customer service. You are confident in your work and take responsibility for delivering thorough and professional results. We believe you are: Detail-oriented and quality-focused Responsible and self-driven Professional and service-minded Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Flexible and solution-oriented Motivated to develop and take on more responsibility Experience in deep cleaning, move-out cleaning or window cleaning is an advantage.
