HEMFRID SEEKS A FLEXIBLE SERVICE TEAM MEMBER IN VARBERG Do you have experience in cleaning and enjoy working with quality and service? Are you flexible and comfortable with varying work schedules? At Hemfrid, you will have the opportunity to combine hands-on work with responsibility and support for your colleagues. We are now looking for a flexible Service Team Member for Varberg and the surrounding area. As a Service Team Member, you will have a varied role where you perform different types of cleaning assignments and help ensure our customers receive consistently high and uniform quality. You will work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead and become an important part of the team in the field. What do we offer? Your tasks may include: Initial cleanings Deep cleanings Window cleaning Covering shifts Quality inspections Introduction of new employees when needed Key management when needed You will work in Varberg and the surrounding area. Since the role involves varied work assignments, we are looking for someone who is flexible and can adapt to the needs of the operation. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with experience in home cleaning who is used to working with quality and service. You are confident in your work and take responsibility for completing assignments in a thorough and professional manner. We would prefer that you: Are flexible and comfortable with varying work schedules Are thorough and quality-conscious Are responsible and self-directed Have a professional and service-oriented approach Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team Are solution-oriented and adaptable Want to develop and take on more responsibility Are able to work in Varberg and the surrounding area Experience in deep cleaning, move-out cleaning or window cleaning is a plus.
