Regardless of your background and sales experience, we will train you to become an insurance assistant until you are ready to meet our customers in an excellent manner.
In this case, it is a dental insurance that helps people become insured so they can afford to visit the dentist and take care of their oral health.
With us, you will work with outbound calls to new customers, something that requires you to be a fearless and curious person. We prioritize quality in our conversations, so you as an applicant must also be thorough, clear, and attentive.
We are looking exclusively for someone who has worked in sales before, preferably via phone and dialer systems. And most importantly, someone who performs at a HIGH level!
Each employment begins with one week of paid training in insurance, products, and the sales techniques required for our operations.

Salary: Base salary + unlimited commission
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 08:20-17:00
