We are looking for an HR/Payroll Consultant for a parental leave cover position starting immediately and running until August 2027. With us, you will step directly into a challenging assignment with a new payroll system, clear mandate, and focus on structure, systematization, and quality.
As of April 1st this year, we took the step toward more operationally integrated, clearer, and more efficient management of all our payroll-related matters. We then moved our current external resources in-house, and now we need to fill a temporary position, which is why we need you. Organizationally, you will be part of the HR department with colleagues in various roles who all work operationally close and culture-building for the entire company.
Your responsibilities
You will have overall responsibility for payroll administration and will provide consultative support to managers and employees on payroll and HR-related matters. You work independently but in close collaboration with the HR team and operations.
This means you will:
Support managers in payroll and personnel matters.
Interpret collective agreements and provide support on employment law-related matters.
Participate in developing processes, systems, and working methods.
"We may not be the largest, but our mission is among the most important. Here we work every day for a sustainable society, and you become part of something that means something. We do important things together, for people, the environment, and the future," says Anna Linder, HR Manager.
Education and previous experience
We are curious about you who like structure, think in processes, and dare to take your place when something needs to be built up or transformed. You take responsibility, enjoy collaboration, and have a service-oriented and educational way of communicating, even when the pace is high.
You have:
Post-secondary education in payroll or equivalent experience.
Experience with pension administration, payroll liabilities, employer declarations, and feel confident working with the entire payroll process.
Good knowledge of employment law, collective agreements, very good system experience with payroll systems, and good Excel skills.
High proficiency in Swedish.
We believe that good things happen when the right person finds the right context. Maybe you've just found yours?
Do you have any questions about the position or are you just curious and want to know more? Don't hesitate to contact Anna Linder, Strategy & HR Manager via email [email protected] or by phone 016-10 61 34
