Facilities and Internal Services is responsible for operations, supervision and practical management of our properties and internal services related to premises and work environment. We work close to the business and have a central role in ensuring functional, safe and fit-for-purpose properties. Right now we are developing our work methods to work more structurally, preventatively and data-driven, so we need you!
Your tasks
The role of facilities manager is a key function in our operational delivery. You work independently in your daily work, take responsibility for the whole in close collaboration with the facilities manager and other colleagues, and ensure that operations and function maintain good quality over time. You handle both acute needs and planned measures, with a focus on preventing problems before they occur. For this position, you are responsible for an assigned property portfolio with a focus on offices, business premises, green spaces and rented commercial property such as ReTuna.
You conduct structured supervision and patrols in and around our facilities or properties.
You ensure daily operations, perform ongoing maintenance and technical measures.
You actively work with fault reports in our digital systems and are welcome to contribute improvement suggestions for both work methods, routines and operating standards.
You contribute to order, safety and function in premises, storage and outdoor environment.

Education and previous experience
We are looking for you who like to have control over things around you, take own initiatives and don't hesitate when something needs to be solved. You shape your day yourself, from the first task to the last detail. What leaves your hands is well-thought-out and done with respect for both safety, quality and with a sense of service.
You have:
Completed upper secondary education, preferably in real estate, technology or equivalent. It is advantageous if you have post-secondary education in property management or technology.
Several years of experience in practical operation and maintenance of properties or commercial premises, where you have had customer, business or tenant dialogue.
B driving license.
Very good knowledge of Swedish.
