• Lead and scale the company's end-to-end operations, including supply chain, logistics, customer operations, finance, and HR • Design and optimize processes, systems, and control mechanisms that support rapid and sustainable growth • Lead financial planning, budgeting, unit economics management, and cash flow oversight • Own the HR agenda: recruitment, performance reviews, compensation, and employment law compliance • Work closely with founders on strategic planning, execution, and prioritization of key initiatives
