Job Description: Management and coordination of large-scale energy projects, particularly in the area of power generation. Responsibility for planning, implementation, and control of projects in terms of schedule, costs, and quality. Management of collaboration with suppliers, subcontractors, and other external partners. Ensuring project compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and applicable legislation. Communication with investors, government agencies, and other stakeholders. Identification and management of project and operational risks. Regular evaluation and reporting of project progress to company leadership. Candidate Requirements: Higher education in a technical field. Proven and long-term experience in a management or executive position in the energy sector or technical projects. Knowledge of energy technologies and related technical and legislative areas. Experience with project management and coordination of larger work teams. Active knowledge of English language at a minimum level of C1. Independence, decision-making ability, stress resilience, and strong organizational and communication skills.
