About EdAider
EdAider is a research-based edtech company, born out of research at Stockholm University. Our AI education programs for teachers and school leaders are used in 90 municipalities. We're also building Edda, an AI tutor for students in math, Swedish, and science, currently used in municipal schools. We're a small team where every person truly owns something.
The Assignment
You take over an established education program with paying customers in 90 municipalities – and make it into something bigger. The entire area is yours: what we offer, how it's delivered, and what customers get from it.
· New education programs and initiatives: This is the core. You see what schools need next and build it – new courses, new formats, new target groups. In a year, part of our offering should be things none of us have thought of today. That's what you'll have thought of.
· The content: You keep what we already have pedagogically and academically sharp and current. The AI field moves every month; our courses should too.
· Delivery: You're responsible for every education program, workshop, and lecture maintaining high quality – and you'll present on stage or on camera when needed.
· The presenters: You recruit and develop a network of the best educators in the country.
· The customers: You own the customer relationships, follow up to ensure the education makes a difference, and make sure municipalities want to continue – and do more – with us.
· Edda: You bring your teacher's perspective into developing our AI tutor – what does the student need, what does the teacher need, what works didactically?
Who You Are
You've done something similar before, and you can show it.
· You're a licensed teacher with your own teaching experience (required) – but you outgrew just teaching a long time ago.
· You've had full responsibility for an education program, a program, or an operation: developed the content, got it delivered, stood for the results. Maybe as a development leader, principal, education manager at a company, textbook author, or entrepreneur.
· You've created something new that didn't exist before you arrived – and gotten others to use it.
· You use AI daily and have your own ideas about what it means for teaching.
· You write and speak excellent Swedish and are equally comfortable with a leadership team as with a class.
· You don't wait for assignments. You see what needs to be done, decide, and deliver.
Merit: experience with school development at the principal level, experience with agentive development, digital course production, business or budget responsibility, research education, or research experience.
Who This Doesn't Suit
Someone who wants a ready-made job description, a large organization behind them, or someone to tell them what the next step is. We're small, the pace is high, and the responsibility is real.

Practical Details
Full-time, permanent position with a six-month probationary period. Start December 2026 or by agreement. Fixed monthly salary. Based in Stockholm/hybrid; travel to customers occurs.
