The company's headquarters are located in Malmö, where one of their production facilities is also located. The other is located in Gällivare, and all production takes place within Sweden's borders. Aimpoint is part of the Sandberg Development Group.
Your Responsibilities
As a precision assembler, you will work with assembling small and sensitive components. The work requires PRECISION, concentration and a steady hand, but also a willingness to contribute to an efficient and well-organized production flow. You will follow given INSTRUCTIONS and ensure that each part meets our high QUALITY REQUIREMENTS.

Your Background / Your Qualities
To succeed in this position, you need:
- You are meticulous, patient, and have a high quality awareness.
- Basic technical understanding and experience with hand tools.
- Good vision and concentration ability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work according to standardized processes.
- You are at least 18 years old and have good Swedish in speech and writing.
It is an advantage if you:
- Have an interest in technology, mechanics, or craftsmanship, for example through hobbies (model building, sewing, computer building, nail/lash styling, etc.).
- Experience working in clean rooms or with high quality requirements.
- Experience with quality control and documentation.
Information and Contact
The position requires that you are flexible with working hours and can work day, evening, and night shifts as shift changes may occur. You will work on one of the following shifts:
* 2-shift: Mon-Thu 06:00-14:20 & Fri 06:00-12:00, Mon-Thu 14:20-22:40 & Fri 12:00-18:00
* Night shift: Sun-Thu 22:40-05:30
The position begins with a fixed-term employment with Wikan Personal, which is expected to transition to a permanent employment with the client.
