Alma Assistans is a dedicated company that works in collaboration with our clients to create personalized assistance. We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are key to well-functioning assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our head office in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Göteborg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö. We are now looking for a reliable assistant for a pleasant woman living in central Uppsala. She lives independently in central Uppsala and is mobile on her own, so there are no heavy lifting tasks. She will tell you what help she needs. The work involves typical tasks such as helping with cooking and cleaning, as well as accompanying her to doctor's appointments or other activities. During these occasions, you will drive her in her own car (automatic transmission). We are looking for someone interested in working 1-2 day shifts per week (weekdays only) and who is flexible and can step in occasionally for sick leave/vacation coverage. Shifts are scheduled 10:00-16:00. There is also an opportunity to work with multiple clients in Uppsala if you want to increase your hours. Onboarding will start immediately. You should match the following description: * are a calm and reliable person with self-motivation. * can see and take responsibility for what needs to be done. * have a great ability to understand someone else's situation and perspective. It is a merit if you have experience working in healthcare, but it is not required. Personal chemistry between you and our client is what matters most.
