About the role and your responsibilities
Working in Social Psychiatry means you provide social and educational support in a respectful manner to individuals with mental health disabilities. By creating security and structure, you support the user in their recovery process.
Your role includes developing implementation plans together with the user, conducting regular evaluations, and participating in SIP meetings. We collaborate broadly with, for example, family members, guardians/administrators, and care neighbors. Your daily work is based on each user's individual implementation plan, and creating a meaningful everyday life. You motivate users toward activity and engagement, both within and outside the residence, to combat isolation.
Regular documentation is part of your work with us.
To support you in your role as a supervisor, you have access to, among others, a pedagogical coordinator, a unit administrator, and a team of colleagues who support and strengthen one another.
What we're looking for
We're looking for you who have studied vocational education (YH) with a focus on social psychiatry, social pedagogy, social work, or other education that the employer deems relevant. If you additionally have training in recovery-oriented approaches or CAN assessment, that is a merit.
You need knowledge in social documentation, and if you have previously worked in the LifeCare system, that is a merit.
We would like you to have work experience within social psychiatry and good knowledge of the target group. You need to have good collaboration skills, the ability to create structure, plan, and take responsibility. You are humble, clear, and see the equal value of all people.
In the work we travel by bicycle and car, so a Class B driver's license is desirable.

A developing position with many collaborative opportunities where you are given the chance to have influence. Your full-time position as a supervisor in Social Psychiatry is 36.33h/week. Duty every other weekend.
