About the Assignment
We are seeking an experienced psychologist consultant for our client, Ludvika Municipality, for a position as supervisor within Central Student Welfare.
The assignment involves supervising a group of four school psychologists. Supervision consists of 4–5 sessions per term, two hours per session, and is conducted as case and method supervision.
The assignment starts as soon as possible in fall 2026, by agreement with the client, and continues through June 17, 2027.
The scope is 4–5 supervision sessions per term, with two hours per session. Supervision can be conducted on-site or digitally via Teams.
Your Responsibilities
As a supervisor, you will provide case and method supervision to school psychologists within the municipality's central student welfare.
You will, among other things:
• Supervise a group of four school psychologists.
• Provide case and method supervision.
• Offer professional guidance on school psychology practice.
• Support school psychologists in their professional practice and student welfare work.
• Apply relevant knowledge of student welfare work and the legislation governing the activity.
Your Qualifications
• Licensed psychologist.
• At least five years of professional experience as a psychologist in Sweden.
• Supervisor training of at least 30 credits or equivalent education deemed equivalent by the client.
• Completed principal training.
• Experience supervising school psychologists or equivalent.
• Professional experience as a school psychologist in municipal operations or equivalent.
• Experience working as a principal.
• Experience working as a student welfare director.
• Knowledge of student welfare work in schools.
• Strong knowledge of legislation governing student welfare work.
• Strong ability to work independently and systematically.
• Strong collaboration skills.
