We are now seeking an engaged counselor for our office in Umeå where you will work within the services: Rusta and Matcha as well as Career Guidance. Responsibilities Conduct individual meetings with participants and follow their development toward work or studies. Establish and maintain employer contacts to find hidden job opportunities, match participants with appropriate workplaces, and organize study visits and recruitment meetings. Plan, conduct and document group activities for participants enrolled in the services. Manage administration in Workbuster (Grade Matcha). To work as a counselor, you must meet the following requirements: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with at least passing grades, and at least three (3) years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following professions or work tasks: Management with personnel responsibility Recruitment / retraining work for job seekers Study and vocational guidance Handling of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration) Work with labor and labor market issues Work with social and group psychology career guidance Are you interested in the position and want to know more?
